HARD SELL vs SOFT SELL

Definition of "Soft sell": Advertising and sales practices denoted by subtle language and a non-aggressive technique. A soft sell is designed to avoid angering potential customers and pushing them away. Because soft selling is a low-pressure sales technique, it may not result in a sale the first time a product is presented.

Example:

Definition of "Hard sell": Advertising and sales practices denoted by aggressive or forceful language. A hard sell is designed to get a consumer to purchase a good or service in the short-term, rather than evaluate his or her options and potentially decide to wait on the purchase. It is considered a high-pressure technique.

Example:

The best game ever

The best game I've ever played, with difference, is World of Warcraft. I've played lots of MMORPGs (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) but World of Warcraft has reached the first position on my ranking. Meanwhile there are lots of free MMORPGs but it is strange on me, why do I pay when there are lots of free games? Easy question and answer. In the videogames world there are a big population of players that are very competititve and they only search for a game that they can be the best. But with the mensual quota, WoW (the diminutive of World of Warcraft) doesn't "allow" this population of players enter the game. I'm a MMORPGs lover, and I'm not afraid of recognising it. Actually I'm on the highest ranking on the WoW best players. My favourite race in the game is the Orc or maybe the Blood Elf, I don't know why but they captivated me for the first moment.

Martial arts, why do I enjoy them?

Why I enjoy martial arts? Easy question, I enjoy martial arts because it is the best sport type I've tried in my life. It is the best way that  I lost a bit of weight, and for toning my entire body. In fact martial arts shows us many types of self-defense skills.  First of all there are the combat skills, which are all related with punches, kicks, elbow hits, knee hits or even heel kicks. After, there are the self-defense skills, which are related when you are being strangled, immobilized, etc. It shows you where do you have to press, to give you time to run away. Finally, there are the skills, when your aggressor has a weapon, it shows you how to react or what to do in those cases.
My conclusion is that martial arts is one of the best sports to use in life, but you shouldn't live by it, but it is useful for life of every day.

My favourite TV program

My favourite TV program is Terra Formars. This TV program is from Japan, so it is japanese animation, also known as anime.

The series talks about the war which the humans are having  against the martian race known as Terraformar. The Terraformars are mutant cockcroaches sent centuries back to make possible life in Mars. All the war began when a martian virus invaded the Earth, with no possible way to eradicate it. The U-NASA decided to send a group of 100 people genetically modified with the possibility to mutate to a hybrid human-animal to search a possible way to eradicate the virus AE and fight against the Terraformars for the survival of the human  race.

The truth beneath the song

Lyrics:
The world is coming to an end
The air is polluted, the oceans contaminated
The animals are going extinct, the economy’s collapsed
Education is shot
, police are corrupt
Intelligence is shunned and ignorance rewarded
The people are depressed and angry
We can't live with each other and we can't live with ourselves
So everyone’s medicated
We pass each other on the streets
And if we do speak it's meaningless robotic communication
More people want 15 seconds of fame
Than a lifetime of meaning and purpose
Because what’s popular is more important than what’s right
Ratings are more important than the truth
Our government builds twice as my prisons than schools
It’s easier to find a Big Mac than an apple
And when you find the apple
It's been genetically processed and modified

Presidents lie, politicians trick us
Race is still an issue and so is religion
Your God doesn’t exist, my God does and he is All-Loving
If you disagree with me I'll kill you
Or even worse argue you to death
92% of songs on the radio are about sex
Kids don’t play tag, they play twerk videos
The average person watches 5 hours of television a day
And it's more violence on the screen than ever before
Technology has given us everything we could ever want
And at the same time stolen everything we really need
Pride is at an all time high, humility, an all time low
Everybody knows everything, everybody’s going somewhere
Ignoring someone, blaming somebody
Not many human beings left anymore, a lot of human doings
Plenty of human lingerings in the past, not many human beings
Money is still the root of all evil
Yet we tell our kids don’t get that degree
The jobs don’t pay enough
Good deeds are only done when there's a profit margin
Videos of the misfortunes of others go viral
We laugh and share them with our friends to laugh with us
Our role models today
60 years ago would have been examples of what not to be
There are states where people can legally be discriminated against Because they were born a certain way
Companies invest millions of dollars hiring specialists to make Little girls feel like they need “make up” to be beautiful Permanently lowering their self esteem
Because they will never be pretty enough
To meet those impossible standards
Corporations tell us buy, buy, buy, get this, get that
You must keep up, you must fit in
This will make you happy, but it never does for long
So what can we do in the face of all of this madness and chaos?
What is the solution? We can love
Not the love you hear in your favorite song on the radio
I mean real love, true love, boundless love
You can love, love each other
From the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed
Perform an act of kindness because that is contagious
We can be mindful during every interaction
Planting seeds of goodness
Showing a little more compassion than usual
We can forgive
Because 300 years from now will that grudge you hold against Your friend, your mother, your father have been worth it?
Instead of trying to change others we can change ourselves
We can change our hearts
We have been sold lies
Brainwashed by our leaders and those we trust
To not recognize our brothers and sisters
And to exhibit anger, hatred and cruelty
But once we truly love we will meet anger with sympathy
Hatred with compassion, cruelty with kindness
Love is the most powerful weapon on the face of the Earth
Robert Kennedy once said that
Few will have the greatness to bend history
But each of us can work to change a small portion of events
And in the total of all those act
Will be written in the history of a generation
So yes, the world is coming to an end
And the path towards a new beginning starts within you

My opinion:
This song has told all the truth that no one ever wanted to believe, all that it says is true our society now it's based on sex, buying anything you like (even if you don't need it) and with an enormous difference between the first world and the third world but... What can we do to get the equality between those two worlds? Nothing, only a little part of the population thinks about this big problem, the rest of the population doesn't care about it, they think that it isn't their problem.I'm critisizing the society of today to see if our society would open its mind and extend its hand to the people who live out there with no house, no food, no happiness. We live all together in a world, why don't we try to make it a better world?

Slender man, one of the most recent urban legends of horror. You may heard about him, but how much do we know about it?
Slender man is a tall and slim man, with no face who wears a suit, he can also make his extremities longer or shorter when he wants, however he could create some other extremities. When slender man appears, he always appears in woods or near a little river. His victims are children and teenagers.
Slender man became popular 2009 when on the internet was a little competition of modifying an image to became the most scaring. The winner was Victor Surge with these photos. But in Germany in s.XVI-XVII there was a painter who painted a little drawing about a fight of a knight and a slim monster.
As I said before slender can make longer or shorter his extremities, and he usually appear in huge forestall zones. When someone becames victim of slender man, you’ll never see again this person.

Multiple Intelligences

The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge, but imagination

I've done a test on Internet about my multiple intelligences, and the graphic over this sentence, shows my intelligences. I agree with it because I'm worse than anybody when we're talking about music, and it isn't an affirmation, it's a fact. I'm unable to play any instrument even if it's a silly instrument like the flute.
I know that I'm good at Naturalistics because I ever liked to understand the enviroment and why the things that always I see in my life happens, I want to understand. Well I think with my intelligences which have an high mark, are going to be a good support to my degree of robotical engineer, this wouldn't happen before two years.

Is my dream possible?

My current and most important dream, nowadays is to dance shuffling in the Saint George dancing contest. I think this dream isn't too difficult to achieve, but more than a dream is a challenge for me, because shuffling isn't an easy dance style to learn, I think if I keep this way of practising this, would be easy to do and it would give me some good memories.

Socially adept, they function well in leadership and management roles as well as in jobs requiring vision and strength of character: I totally agree with that, because I ever thought that I was born to lead the people, and I always think about my self as a leader.

When confrontations occurs, they sometimes react suddenly and violently: I agree with it, because I was like the phrase has said, nowadays I'm a person who knows how to control my rage, wrath or fury.
